From PA and PR assistant at a boutique PR agency, to EA roles in global banking to supporting the MD of a luxury concierge business in Paris, Alix gained valuable experience about how to thrive in fast moving environments, interact with high-profile individuals of diverse personalities and sensibilities, and handle complex and sophisticated international challenges. Moving to London, she supported a busy entrepreneur with international high-profile clients as his EA. For 7 years, her role was paramount in facilitating his unpredictable, pressured, and diverse commitments in a highly confidential setting.
She subsequently co-founded and managed a company offering exclusive EA services to international clients. Despite best efforts, the venture wasn’t successful, and the company had to be closed down in 2019. Having retrained as an Executive Coach, Alix took on the role of Director and Chief-of-Staff at a business consulting company and in 2022 she left to set up her own coaching practice.
With an intercultural heritage – from France and North Africa to the Middle East, now settled in the UK – Alix’s life and career are interlinked and purpose-driven in supporting underrepresented groups towards mental health and emotional well-being equity. She works with people at all stages of their career from entrepreneurs, leaders, emerging leaders and teams in areas of strategy, skills, career development and high performance.
