Meet the coaches

Amanda Dennison


Having started her career in neuroscience research, Amanda moved into education as a teacher of Science and PE. She progressed through the system becoming an Assistant Head Teacher and an OFSTED Inspector. Both roles required her to work with staff on their, leadership and management and that of the school’s wider strategic development.

As a coach Amanda is particularly interested in neurodiversity and she supports people at all stages of their careers. She works with organisations to develop coaching cultures and to upskill their leaders and managers. She is a qualified Coach Trainer and sits on the Board of the UK Chapter of the ICF as Director for Engagement. She has worked with a cross-section of people from all sectors, including CEOs and individuals in large corporations, young offenders, the Police and Foreign Office.

Amanda is an ICF Professional Certified Coach, holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Personal and business Coaching and a Master’s in Education Leadership & Management.
