Anna worked as an accountant for over 20 years in a number of different organisations and sectors. This experience gave her invaluable insight into how to navigate complexity within organisations, and how to leverage technical knowledge in a strategic and value-adding way. Latterly working as a consultant, she experienced the challenge of cascading and communicating strategy and vision through an organisation, managing people through transition helping people with deep technical knowledge flex into positions of management and leadership. She also came to realise the loneliness of leadership.
Now an executive coach, Anna is particularly passionate about supporting people with neuro-divergency and has considerable experience in helping these clients build self-awareness and developing tactics for fulfilling their individual and professional potential within the workplace. She works with people to help them understand their neuro-diversity and their corresponding strengths that they can tap into to help them with time management, planning, prioritisation, organisation, self-regulation, working memory and overall well-being. Anna also enjoys working with people at times of change and transition, whether it be a new role, or returning to an existing role after parental leave.
She is an ICF Associate Certified Coach, has a Post Grad Certificate in Business and Personal Coaching and is a Mental Health First Aider.
