Meet the coaches

Annamie Athayde

Annamie has had a varied and rewarding career spanning the television, arts, and charity sectors, leading and managing teams to pitch, develop and deliver large projects.

Her focus as a Coach is on supporting clients to understand themselves more deeply and bring a greater sense of meaning and purpose into their professional lives. Her approach is warmly pragmatic, combining knowledge and practical action with compassion and understanding.

Annamie believes that knowing how our brains work enhances our ability to work and live more productively and happily, and she has trained extensively in mental fitness techniques and the Neuroscience of Coaching. She is also a certified Grief and Loss coach, believing that the impacts of experiencing loss are endemic and under-recognised in these uncertain times.

Annamie engages in regular CPD and supervision and is PCC-accredited with the International Coaching Federation. She is director of a Live Events Design Agency, a charity Trustee and a mentor.
