Hannah’s career spanned 20 years working in HR in the corporate world. During this time she found her passion for developing people and gravitated towards roles which focused on talent, leadership and organisation development. Her most recent corporate Leadership roles included implementing a new Leadership Development Programme to accelerate the development of future Managing Directors in the UKs largest, FTSE30, defence company; partnering with Board Members and their Teams to improve team performance; and implementing a new sustainable resourcing model to assure near-term and strategic capability requirements for a business.
In parallel she bolstered her knowledge about how best to support people by training as a Coach and Psychotherapist and with this combination is able to work at depth to tackle the underlying causes of destructive patterns and the reasons clients feel stuck, supporting clients to find their own unique way to thrive. Hannah enjoys working with women supporting them to feel more empowered and build self-esteem, supporting leaders in helping them be authentic and impactful and more widely helping people hone their EQ in the workplace.
Hannah has a PostGrad Certificate in Business and Personal Coaching, an MSc and Clinical Diploma in Gestalt Psychotherapy and Gestalt Psychotherapeutic Counselling and a Post Grad Diploma in Personnel Management & Development.
