Liz spent a large part of her career in Sales, Product Marketing and Business Management for a large IT Distributor, focused on the business-to-business market.
She worked within a fast paced, fun and pressured environment where negotiating pricing structures, targets, incentives, training schedules and supporting a busy sales desk of over 130+ people were all areas of her responsibility as well as operating under the constant pressure of delivering to targets and deadlines that her roles brought.
Now working as a full-time executive coach, Liz is particularly interested in working with people to enable greater effectiveness in role, understanding how to maximise collective high performance, as well as handling different working styles, conflict situations and managing their self to overcome limiting beliefs and imposter syndrome. She particularly enjoys supporting women in business and those returning to work.
Liz is trained as a Business and Personal Coach, is ICF accredited, is Counselling Skills Level 2 qualified and is currently doing a Post Graduate course with The Berne Institute in Organisational Transactional Analysis, a theory of inter-personal communication, development, growth and change.
