Having studied psychology at University, Lorna entered the world of media, joining Carat, a media planning and buying agency. Over the course of 10 years she worked her way up to become the Head of Digital before moving into Operations, where she became Chief Operating Officer of the media investment division of the business post acqusition. This role gave her responsibility for long term strategy, and she led and implemented a number of transformational change projects, oversaw several large scale restructures and was responsible for day-to-day resource management, whilst providing operational leadership to 2 other agency brands and their teams.
This invaluable experience provides her with deep insight into the challenges that organisations and their people face and enables her to support people at any level of their career. She particularly enjoys working with clients helping them build confidence, overcoming imposter syndrome, navigating the return to work after parental leave, helping with career development and role transition and supporting people as they ‘onboard’ into new roles.
Lorna is an ICF Associate Certified Coach and has a Post Grad Certificate in Business & Personal Coaching.
