Meet the coaches

Louisa Welby-Everard

Stellium was founded by Louisa Welby-Everard, an Executive Coach with 21 years of experience supporting leaders and their teams.

Louisa started her career in the world of politics working variously for Burson Marsteller, the Conservative Party in the 1997 General Election campaign and the BBC as a news producer in Westminster where she worked on the Today Programme, the Six O’Clock News and was the 2001 General Election Results Editor.

She started coaching in a communications consultancy which focused on helping businesses translate their strategy into a compelling narrative and coaching the senior leadership on how they wove this into their communication – physical and verbal, formal and informal – to ensure they were memorable, engaging and authentic. Realising this was the thin end of a much more value-adding role in terms of supporting people fulfil their leadership potential, she expanded her practice into a more ‘holistic’ coaching approach.

She continues her work with leaders, often supporting them and their teams across a range of sectors, to ensure they are maximising their performance, fulfilling potential and successfully executing their strategic objectives. It is this work which has given her insight into the transformational power of coaching and the value it brings to people – at all stages of their career – and motivated her to find a way to ‘democratise’ coaching making it accessible to everyone regardless of pay or grade.

The post-covid years have sharpened this resolve as it becomes ever more evident the challenges that everyone is experiencing dealing with their own and others well-being, ensuring teams are aligned and connected, people are nurtured and developed, culture is empathetic and collaborative, levels of energy and motivation are high whilst at the same time retaining unrelenting focus on productivity and delivery.

It is a big ask for anyone, and we believe Stellium is the answer.
