Pauline has led award-winning external affairs and communications divisions for several organisations (such as Whizz-Kiz and the Central Office of Information) and has first-hand experience of the challenges and opportunities of working at senior levels. As a Director of Communications, she learned about the importance of personal brand, and how to gain impact and influence through confident communication and presence. She worked with CEOs, government ministers, celebrities and other high-profile individuals to build their confidence and help them make their mark.
As a Coach she specialises in working with leaders and organisations that value agile, adaptable people who can thrive in today’s complex and uncertain business environment. She has become increasingly interested in balancing wellbeing and resilience with high performance. Her experience also makes her adept at supporting people improve their communication and impact and she enjoys supporting leaders and their teams in how to maximise performance and effectiveness.
She is a non-exec director for The Reader, a charity that uses the power of reading aloud to transform lives, and she brings her communications and coaching experience to bear to help the charity continuously improve.
