Ruth worked in the luxury fashion industry for over 20 years, having spent 9 years at Burberry before joining Michael Kors, where she became the Vice President of Product for Michael Kors, EMEA. As a member of the Executive Leadership team, she experienced first-hand the challenge of leading in a demanding, fast paced, and ever-changing environment.
As a Coach she enjoys supporting senior executives in how to lead in complex and challenging environments, developing the leaders of tomorrow and working with Teams and Groups to embed high performance in an organisation. Top of her agenda is helping people navigate the demands of their role in a balanced and enjoyable way to enable them to flourish and thrive.
Ruth is an ICF Associate Certified Coach and has a Post Graduate Certificate in Business and Personal Coaching.
