For over 20 years Sam worked at a senior level within multi-national, blue-chip companies including Deloitte, Aviva and Quilter. Having led multi-national teams and global implementation projects, she understands the realities and responsibility of working in results-led organisations, where the pace of change is often a constant feature. These years gave her first-hand experience of the toll that this can take on individuals and teams and an understanding of the fact that people can be successful and yet still feel unfulfilled or feel that change is something that is done to them, rather than something they, too, can instigate.
Now as a coach she who works with people at pivotal points in their careers to help them thrive, personally and professionally. Regarded as strategic and pragmatic, Sam partners with clients at transition points to increase their self-awareness, improve focus, and develop their personal resilience.
Sam is an ICF Associate Certified Coach, has a Post Grad Certificate in Personal and Business Coaching and is a Mental Health First Aider.
