Psychology has been at the heart of Sarah’s working life. Specialising in Applied Psychology, she started working life in a number of hospitals studying variously memory, mental health and pain management. She then entered the world of Qualitative Research and Insight working for IPSOS Mori where she spent 16 years. This gave her invaluable experience as a researcher and workshop facilitator exploring attitudes and behaviour gaining insight for private and public clients across a range of sectors ranging from banking and insurance to construction, energy, food & drink. She has also worked in the third sector working in Corporate Partnerships and Events Management for London Youth, Shelter and Marie Curie, managing relationships with commercial partners across sport, media, finance and housing.
Now as a full-time coach, Sarah’s psychology training and commercial experience enable her to provide a huge breadth and range of insight to her clients. She works with people at all stages of their career from leaders to graduates helping them develop the skills to enable them to fulfil their potential. She also has extensive experience facilitating workshops and working with teams.
Sarah is an ICF Professional Certified Coach, has a Post Grad Certificate in Business & Personal Coaching, is certified in Adult Mental Health First Aid, Qualified & licensed to use Adapt Communication Tool for Teams.
